My Requirements

As stated prior, I have 2 girls ages 6 and 7 (yes, we have a LOT of 67 memes)
They're both SEN kids, unfortunately fighting the diagnosis system atm. Eldest is suspected AuDhd and is on the assessment pathway with confirmed stuggles with social, emotional and mental health.
The youngest is yet to be put on the pathway as at school she is an amazing, shining star, but there is emotional regulation issues with some global delay.
Myself and my partner are looking for someone who can collect children from school and care for a few hours until I finish work (usually home by 5.30), ideally this will be someone with a car or within walking distance of the school which is only 10 minutes away and preferably someone with experience in SEN children as they can be quite a handful together
My mother was their primary carer for after school but has problems walking and standing for too long and so we are seeking alternatives with the potential if available for some date night baby sitting tbc.
