My Experience

I have hands-on childcare experience as a nanny, including working with multiple children and supporting a child with autism. My experience includes adapting activities and routines to suit individual needs, supporting learning through play, helping children develop confidence and independence, and creating calm and supportive environments. I also have personal experience caring for my younger brother, who is autistic. Alongside childcare, I have experience working with young people through youth-focused roles and advocacy, which has strengthened my communication, patience and ability to build positive relationships. My approach is child-centred and focused on making children feel safe, respected and understood. I enjoy creative play, storytelling, arts and crafts, music, age-appropriate learning activities and supporting children’s social and emotional development.

My Qualifications

I am currently studying BA (Hons) Education: Supporting Inclusion and Wellbeing at Kingston University, with a particular interest in special educational needs, inclusion, child development and wellbeing. I also have practical childcare experience as a nanny, including experience supporting a child with autism, alongside experience working with young people. I have GCSE English and Maths alongside A- Levels and am committed to continuing my professional development in childcare and SEN.

My Availability

I am currently studying at Kingston University, so my weekday availability is structured around my university timetable. I am not available all day on a Tuesday. I am particularly available for evening and weekend childcare and am happy to discuss regular or occasional arrangements with families.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

My rates reflect my childcare experience, SEN experience and current studies in Education: Supporting Inclusion and Wellbeing. My standard babysitting rate is £16 per hour and my nannying rate starts from £18 per hour gross. Rates may vary depending on the number and ages of children, responsibilities, SEN/additional support required and the hours involved. I am happy to discuss individual arrangements with families.
