I work 12-hour shifts in a nursing home, 4 days a week (days vary week to week). I need a childminder for school drop-off in the morning and after-school pickup and care. My daughter is 6 years old. She arrived in the UK a few months ago and is settling in — she's working hard and progressing well. My daughter may be picked up by either myself or her father.
