?Hi! I'm Joshua. My partner Gigi and I immigrated to the UK from South Africa in 2023 with our 4-year-old daughter, Ada.
We live in Wishaw (near Wishaw General Hospital) along with our two friendly dogs Choy Sum (a Labrador) and Maki (a mix breed) and our Siamese cat, Coco.
My Requirements
We are looking for a reliable and attentive babysitter or nanny to care for Ada every second Saturday. To give us a bit of flexibility, we are hoping to schedule shifts either in the afternoon (such as 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM) or in the evening (such as 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) so Gigi and I can get out for a break, though we are happy to coordinate exact times in advance.
?The main focus will be keeping Ada safe, engaged, and happy through play, reading, or crafts. Depending on whether the shift is in the afternoon or evening, responsibilities will include preparing light snacks or dinner, and helping her with her usual bedtime routine if working an evening shift.
?Ideally, you have prior experience caring for four-year-olds and are completely comfortable around household pets, as our two dogs and cat will be around.
