I’m a final-year Psychology student based in York. I’m patient, responsible and reliable, and I always aim to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable and happy. My Experience
I have spent the previous two summers working at residential summer schools as a house parent for children aged 8-17. I provided personalised care and support day and night, as well as assisting with their learning. I am DBS checked and first aid trained. I have also been a volunteer in primary school classrooms for the past five years and love creating spaces where children feel safe and supported.
My Qualifications
I have completed training courses in child first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene, and am DBS checked.
My Availability
I am flexible around my university timetable, so please feel free to get in touch with the days and times you’re looking for. I’m also available to work most weekends when needed.
