My Requirements
Arne is 8 months old and will be 1 year when I return to work in January. I'm a neonatal nurse with a varying shift pattern - my roster is given out 6–8 weeks in advance. I typically need childcare 1–2 days per week, varying depending on my shifts. Cover usually required 7am–6pm, but sometimes just a few hours in the morning (7am–12/1pm) when I've done a night shift the night before. Flexible arrangement essential to work around my changing roster.
