My Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced nanny to care for our 13-month-old daughter, Pippa, in our family home.

Initially we are looking for childcare from October, primarily during the working week. We’re currently finalising the exact days/hours, so there may be some flexibility for the right person.

Pippa can take a little while to become comfortable with new people, so we’re looking for someone patient and understanding who is happy to build a relationship with her gradually. We’d ideally like to arrange some shorter introductory sessions first so she has plenty of opportunity to get to know you.

We are specifically looking for home-based childcare and would like Pippa to remain at home while in your care. We have plenty of space for her to play and explore, and we’d love someone who genuinely enjoys getting down on the floor, playing, reading, doing age-appropriate activities and following her usual routine.

I will also be working from home, so I’ll be nearby, although you would have primary responsibility for Pippa during the agreed hours.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone warm, nurturing and reliable who Pippa can form a really lovely, secure relationship with.

Ideally you’ll have relevant childcare experience, an up-to-date DBS and paediatric first aid. Ofsted registration/ability to accept Tax-Free Childcare would be a bonus.
