As a registered dietitian, I have professional knowledge of nutrition and food safety. I enjoy cooking Japanese food and preparing healthy, balanced meals. I can also help families with meal preparation, meal prep and light household tasks such as tidying, laundry and kitchen cleaning.
My priority is always the safety and wellbeing of children. I would love to support families by helping with childcare, healthy meals and everyday household tasks, while creating a fun and positive environment for children.

I’m also happy to provide healthy meal preparation, Japanese home-style cooking and light household support. Rates for these services can be discussed depending on the requirements.
