About Me
I’m Emily a friendly, caring and responsible student at the University of Bristol. I really enjoy spending time with children and would love to help families with babysitting and childcare. I’m comfortable taking responsibility and making sure children feel safe, happy and looked after. I’m easy-going and approachable, and I’d always aim to make babysitting a positive and enjoyable experience for both the children and their parents.
My Experience
I have previous babysitting experience with a number of families at home in Devon, including evening babysitting as well as school pick-ups, preparing dinner and helping with bedtime routines.
My mum manages a local pre-school which I frequently help out at, which caters for children aged 2–4, giving me lots of experience interacting with and caring for younger children. I really enjoy spending time with children and getting involved in activities, games and creative play.
My Qualifications
I don’t currently hold any formal childcare qualifications, but I have several years of practical childcare experience. I have babysat for various families, including evening babysitting, school pick-ups, preparing meals and bedtime routines. I also regularly help at my mum’s local pre-school with children aged 2–4.
My Availability
I’m available most evenings both on weekends and within the working week. I can also provide daytime services on Wednesdays and weekends.
