My Requirements
Ideally, I would need someone who can bring my son to school in the mornings, collect him at the end of the school day and look after him after school until I’m able to get home. I’m looking for someone who is warm, trustworthy and experienced with children, and who will make my son feel comfortable, safe and well cared for. I’d love to find someone who can become a familiar and dependable part of our routine. He has been diagnosed with autism and Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), but he is independent and communicates well. He may benefit from someone who is patient, understanding and familiar with supporting children with additional needs, while also encouraging his independence and confidence.
