My Requirements
Looking after 10 month old and four year old. Home education positive, Montessori and respectful ideologies followed at home. I’m thinking maybe 2 hours Monday - Friday ideally help with cooking/baking snacks, light tidying and then an hour of childcare while I work. Not fully figured it out so can be somewhat flexible. Going through a difficult time at the moment so hope to keep the right person for 6 months plus to allow the children to grow a bond and proper routine.
