About Me
I am 21 and a recent graduate who is passionate about working with children. I am currently taking a year out of education before working towards teaching qualifications. I am looking to babysit children aged 2 and up, available for both short term and long term positions as I will continue to babysit while completing my teaching qualifications.
My Experience
I have previous experience volunteering at a privet childcare provider (children age 4-11) , as well as currently being a Girl Guide brownie leader (children aged 7-10). Therefore I have experienced caring for children as well as organising creative and engaging activities at girl guides.
My Qualifications
I have completed safeguard training as a requirement for my role in Girl Guiding UK as well as obtaining a valid DBS. I am currently completing further safeguarding training through an online NSPCC corse and in the near future am hoping to complete a first aid corse. I do not have qualifications in early year education or caring for babies and therefore I will not be willing to care for a child under the age of 2.
I have recently graduated from university with a bachelor degree in Sociology and am hoping to enroll in post graduate education next academic year to gain my postgraduate certificate in education (PGCE) and with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) so I can go on to become a KS1 Primary School teacher. I hope to babysit though out the next year, my studies and potentially as I start my career in primary education.

Availability for weekday, weekend and evening babysitting.
