My Summary
About Me
I am a qualified primary teacher with a genuine passion for helping children build confidence and develop a love of learning. I specialise in Maths and English, and I aim to make every lesson engaging, supportive and tailored to each child’s individual needs. I believe children learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged and proud of their progress, so I create a positive learning environment where they can ask questions, make mistakes and grow in confidence. Whether your child needs support with a particular topic, help preparing for assessments, or simply wants to strengthen their skills, I am committed to making learning enjoyable and helping them reach their full potential.
My Experience
I am a qualified primary teacher with two years of teaching experience, including significant experience working with children on a 1-to-1 basis. I particularly enjoy one-to-one teaching as it allows me to get to know each child, understand their individual needs and tailor lessons specifically to them. I have worked with children with a wide range of abilities and learning needs, adapting my teaching style, resources and pace to help each child make progress and build confidence. Alongside my 1-to-1 experience, I have also worked as a class teacher, giving me a broad understanding of the primary curriculum and the different ways children learn. I bring a patient, encouraging and personalised approach to every lesson, helping children feel comfortable, supported and proud of their progress.
