About Me
My partner and I met in 2014 at University, and we are expecting our first child in November 2026. I am an Electrical Engineer working at SSE, and my partner has shifted careers from engineering and has now joined the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service as a Wholetime Firefighter. We are passionate about the outdoors, and having walks in Nature. Something we hope to encourage in our child.
My Requirements
We are looking for someone who is able to provide us flexible days in which we can get childcare. Once I am off Mat Leave, I'll be heading back to work full time Mon-Fri 9-5, and my Partner is starting as a Firefighter, doing shiftwork (4days on, 4days off). This routa works out as an average of just under 3 days per week over the course of the year, but there are months where his shifts coinside with my working hours, and months where he will be available through the week to look after our daughter, hence why we are asking if flexibility is possible.
