Hi, my name is Shanai! I’m a friendly, caring and reliable person who has a genuine passion for working with children. My Experience

I have experience working as a Nursery Practitioner and a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant. I currently work in a primary school as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice. I have worked with children of different ages and abilities, including children with additional needs and speech and language delays. I am also first aid trained and have completed safeguarding training. My experience has helped me develop a good understanding of children’s development, routines and individual needs.

My Qualifications

I am currently completing my Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship in a primary school and have previous experience working as a Nursery Practitioner and SEN Teaching Assistant. I am first aid trained and have completed training in safeguarding, child protection, the Prevent duty, equality and diversity, and online safety. I also have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

My Availability
