My Requirements

Private Tutor

Looking for an in-person tutor for my daughter who is in Year 7.

We’re based in central Watford and Wednesday evenings currently work best for us. We’re looking for around an hour a week to start with, as she already attends homework clubs and other extracurricular activities, and we also spend an hour or more most evenings supporting her with homework and learning.

Ideally, we’d love someone with SEN experience. She has some learning difficulties and ADHD-type symptoms, so she benefits from a patient, supportive approach and things being explained in a way that works for her.

She is genuinely keen to learn and wants to do well. She just needs the right kind of support to help her understand, retain information and build her confidence.
