Hi, I’m Rebecca! I’m a friendly, caring and energetic person who loves being around people and staying active. I grew up between London and Spain and I’m the oldest of three, so I’ve always enjoyed having younger children around me. I speak English, Spanish and Catalan fluently.
I’ve played basketball and sports my whole life, and I love being outdoors, trying new things and keeping busy. I’m naturally patient, organised and creative, and I really enjoy getting to know people and building genuine relationships.
I recently graduated with a degree in Sports Psychology and a minor in Education. I’m passionate about working with children and creating a fun, positive environment where they feel comfortable, confident and supported.
My Experience
I have experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old. As the oldest of three, I helped care for my two younger sisters from when they were babies through to age 12.
I have also volunteered with children aged 4–8, helping with homework, activities and translation, and worked at children's camps with children aged 6–12, where I organised activities and kept children engaged and included.
Most recently, I worked as a Reception Teaching Assistant, supporting children with their learning, classroom activities and daily routines, including providing additional support to children with SEN. I’m comfortable helping with homework and reading, organising activities, preparing snacks or simple meals, and supporting children with their routines.
