About Me
We are a friendly, busy family of four living in Colchester, with two young children who will be age 3 years and 10 months old when we need childcare to start. I am a doctor and my husband is in the Army. We are looking for a kind, reliable and energetic nanny who can become a consistent and trusted part of our family. Our children are happy, sociable and active, and we would love to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children, getting out and about with them and supporting their development.
My Requirements
Initially we are looking for four full days per week, ideally around 6:15am–6:30pm, with some flexibility for occasional longer days, evenings or overnight care due to my work as a hospital doctor. Our eldest is very active, bright and sociable, so we are looking for someone who enjoys getting out and about to parks, as well as spending time at home. Our younger child will still be a baby, so good experience caring for babies and toddlers is important. A driver with their own car is essential. Reliability, flexibility and finding someone who can build a close, consistent relationship with the children are particularly important to us.
