My Experience
My previous childcare experience has mainly been through babysitting for family and friends. However, I have also gained valuable professional experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) at The Bridge School, where I have worked for 1 year and 8 months. This role has given me experience supporting children of different ages and abilities, while developing important skills such as communication, patience, teamwork, adaptability and understanding individual needs. This experience has strengthened my interest in working in education and has given me a strong foundation for progressing further in my career.
