About Me
We are a family of 3 with a 3.5 year old girl and with a baby on the way due start of October. Our daughter goes to nursery full time 5 days a week and I will be on maternity leave until September 2027. Before going on maternity leave I was working full time and so does my husband.
My Requirements
My husband will be starting a new job from November 2026 which will mean he will be away 1-2 nights a week. With a newborn arriving in October I’m looking for someone who can help me on the evenings my husband will be away with our 3.5 year old daughter. Potentially picking her up from nursery, playing with her when she gets back, helping with her dinner, getting her ready for bed and putting her to bed. She currently goes to sleep with either myself or her dad sitting with her until she goes to sleep. This is something we would like to try to change going forward so she can fall asleep independently so if this is something you can also help with that would be great. The person we’re looking for also needs to be someone who is familiar with covering basic needs of babies in case I need to take over with my toddler so this individual can look after the baby.
Ideally we would also like someone who can do adhoc baby sitting for us if we want to go for a meal in the evening here and there.
