My Experience

I have my Level 2 qualification in Early Years and I currently work in a nursery while doing my Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. I’ve been working with children for over a year and have experience with different ages and stages of development.

In nursery, I help with children’s daily routines, meals, sleep times, activities and learning. I also support children with their emotions, communication and independence. I’ve had experience planning activities, following children’s interests and helping them learn through play.

I also babysit for families outside of nursery, so I have experience looking after children in their own homes and following their individual routines. I’m first-aid trained and understand the importance of keeping children safe while also making sure they have fun.

Level 2 Early Years Practitioner – completed
* Level 3 Early Years Educator – currently studying
* Paediatric First Aid – qualified
* Safeguarding Children – trained
* Health & Safety – trained
* Food Hygiene – if you have completed this
* SEND / supporting children with additional needs – training through my Early Years course
* Child development – studied as part of my Early Years qualifications
* DBS checked – yes

My Availability

I’m available for babysitting on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at any time, although I’m mostly available in the afternoons, as well as some evenings after work. My work schedule can change, so I’m happy to discuss dates and times in advance. If I’m working that day, I’m usually available for evening babysitting from around 6:30pm onwards.
