About Me
Hi families! I’m Bailee, a warm, compassionate, and experienced nanny and qualified primary teacher (BEd), having recently relocated to London from New Zealand. Alongside my teaching, I’ve continued working closely with families through private nannying, as I really value the one-on-one connection of caring for children in their own home. I’m looking for permanent work as a weekday nanny starting as soon as possible. I’d love to find a lovely local family to support long term.
With 8+ years of combined nannying and teaching experience, I value building strong, trusting bonds with both children and parents. I am patient, calm and passionate about creating a safe, fun environment where children can learn, explore, play and grow.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through pilates, the gym and walks in nature. I’m a big animal lover, and I also love baking, reading, travelling, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends.

Open to full or part time roles (full days/longer hours).
My Fees
- Babysitting from £21.00 per hour
- Nannying from £23.00 per hour (gross)
Nannying rate from £23-25 depending on number of hours and children.
