My Experience
I have experience working as an after-school nanny, caring for children and supporting them with their routines, activities and individual needs after the school day. As a qualified primary school teacher, I have a strong understanding of children’s development, learning and behaviour, as well as the importance of creating a safe, nurturing and positive environment for them to thrive in.
Being a mother myself, I also understand personally how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust and feel completely comfortable leaving your children with. I appreciate that every family is different, and I take the time to understand each child’s personality, interests, routines and needs. I am reliable, patient and caring, and I aim to provide children with the same level of care, attention and reassurance that I would want for my own children.
My teaching experience has given me excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, while my experience as a parent has strengthened my understanding of the importance of trust, consistency and open communication with families. I would be committed to providing dependable, loving and professional care and becoming someone both the children and their parents can rely on.
