My Experience

I have over 30 years of experience caring for children through raising my seven children and now helping to care for my grandchildren. I have experience looking after children of different ages and understand the day-to-day responsibilities that come with caring for children.

I also have personal experience supporting children with ADHD and autism. This has taught me to be patient, calm and understanding, and to recognise that every child has their own personality, needs and way of doing things.

I’m used to keeping children safe, preparing meals, helping with routines, keeping them entertained and making sure they are happy and comfortable. I understand that every family has their own routines and expectations, and I’m happy to work with parents to make sure their children receive the care they need.

My Qualifications

I don’t have formal childcare qualifications, but I have many years of practical experience caring for children through raising my seven children and being a proud Nan to my grandchildren.

I also have personal experience with ADHD and autism through my own family. This has given me a good understanding of patience, routines, communication and adapting to each child’s individual needs.

I believe my hands-on experience, caring nature and understanding of children are valuable qualities when providing babysitting care.

My Availability

I’m flexible with my availability and can be available during the day, evenings and weekends, depending on what you need. I’m happy to discuss dates and times with parents in advance and will do my best to accommodate your childcare needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My babysitting fees are flexible and can be discussed with parents depending on the hours, number of children and their individual needs. I’m happy to agree a fair rate in advance so that everything is clear before the booking.
