My Experience

I have cared for my late brother’s two children since they were babies. They are now 15 and 11 years old, and I have supported them throughout their childhood for over 10 years.

My responsibilities included providing daily care, helping with school routines, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with homework and assignments, teaching and explaining lessons when needed, organising activities, and playing games and sports such as badminton and basketball. There were also times when I was the main person responsible for looking after them at home, which involved managing their routines, ensuring they were safe and supported, and helping with household tasks when needed.

Although I moved away for university, I continue to support them through calls and messages, especially with schoolwork and general guidance despite the time difference. It is ongoing family childcare support for over 10 years, with hours varying depending on their needs.

My Qualifications

I have over 10 years of practical childcare experience, having cared for my late brother’s two children since they were babies. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in caring for children, supporting their routines, and helping with their everyday needs.

My Availability

I am an international student and attend classes every Mondays, Tuesdays, and Friday. I am generally available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and weekends.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.50 per hour
• Nannying from £12.50 per hour (gross)

My rate is £12.50 per hour. I am happy to discuss rates depending on the hours and childcare requirements.
