About Me
Hi, I’m Eglys. My husband Fraser and I live in Chiswick with our son, Maxwell. I’ll be returning to work at the end of January 2027, when Maxwell will be almost 8 months old, and we’re looking for a warm, nurturing childminder close to home. We’re a friendly family and would love to find someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of Maxwell’s early years.
My Requirements
We’re looking for childcare for Maxwell from the end of January 2027, ideally 3–4 full days per week. We have some flexibility on the specific days.
We’d particularly love a childminder who follows a child-led approach, ideally with Montessori influences, and who encourages independent play, exploration, outdoor time and age-appropriate activities. A warm home environment and a small number of children are important to us.
We’re raising Maxwell bilingually in Spanish and English, so a Spanish-speaking childminder would be a lovely bonus and would definitely get extra points from us! It isn’t essential, but we’d love for him to have as much natural exposure to Spanish as possible.
We’re looking for someone experienced with babies who can provide a loving, stimulating and consistent environment as Maxwell transitions into childcare.
