My Requirements

Looking for a few hours of help each week with my three year old son.
He's a very energetic, lively little boy on the autism spectrum. He has some quirks (as most kids his age do, just a bit more of them) and a big personality.
He loves movement, play and being busy.

He's happiest when he has someone patient and engaged with him.

I'm looking for someone that can come for a hours so that I can get things done around the house or have a little time to myself. Initially will be wanting to do a trial period just to see how this new arrangement affects him.

Responsibilities would mainly be looking after him - playing, keeping him safe and occupied, and following what ever routines work best for him that day.

Ideal person:
Female
Comfortable with active toddlers
Patient and calm
Experience with children on the spectrum (preferability with some qualifications- not an absolute must ) (or at least genuine interest in)
Reliable and good at communicating
