Childcare wanted – Marlow | Babysitting now, regular childcare from 2027

We are looking for a babysitter in the short term to help with the occasional work training day, half day out or other childcare needs. Our daughter is currently 6 months old, and we would ideally like to find someone who could build a relationship with her ahead of a more regular arrangement from around February/March 2027, when she will be one.

From then, we are looking for approximately 4 days of childcare per week, although the exact days will vary according to our hospital shift patterns. We would usually know our working days well in advance. On working days, we need an early start from around 6am, with finish times varying depending on our shifts.

We are open to the right arrangement, whether that is a nanny, nanny share or small home-based childminder/group, and would ideally like someone local to Marlow.

We are looking for someone warm, reliable and experienced with young children, who will provide a fun, nurturing environment for our daughter. We are happy to discuss different hours and arrangements depending on what works for both sides.
