About Me

Loving Family Seeking Gentle Childminder with High Privacy & Care Standards (2-3 Full Days/Week)
We are a loving, fun family of four (our friendly cat, Nimo, included!) looking for a childminder for our daughter. I am returning to full-time work in January 2027, when she will be one year old, and we are seeking full-day care 2 to 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Our priority is finding a safe, nurturing environment that gives us total peace of mind.
Our Care Philosophy & What We Look For:
• Gentle Care & Patience: We believe in gentle treatment, kindness, and positive discipline. Our daughter sometimes takes her time to wind down for naps, so a patient, calming presence is essential.
• Strict Photo Privacy: We do not consent to any photos or videos being taken of our daughter. Protecting her digital privacy and data security is incredibly important to us.
• Safety & Well-being: We are very keen to understand your setting's safety protocols, the overall atmosphere, and your daily hygiene standards.
• Staffing & Ratios: We want to know exactly how many adults will be supporting the children and the group size she will be part of to ensure she gets attentive care.
• Developmental Support: We value a caregiver who is genuinely invested in her well-being and growth through creative play.
About Our Daughter:
She is incredibly social, loves her daily outdoor walks, and enjoys books with colourful pictures. She is currently teething and loves her home-cooked meals. As a family, we enjoy soft play, reading, and playing at home.
