About Me
My name is Penny (Doula in the Weald) and I am a birth and postnatal doula covering East Sussex and the Tunbridge Wells area. I am a mum to two fantastic grown-up kids and grandmother to a gorgeous baby boy.
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of parenthood are a time of such joy, but sometimes it can all feel overwhelming. That is when you need someone who can support you, inform you, and help you practically and emotionally. Someone you can turn to with all the little questions and worries when they occur. Someone you can count on when you need them. I will be there for you throughout your journey, offering compassion, kindness, practical support, and continuity of care.

My Experience
I work as a birth and postnatal doula both privately and in the charity sector. I provide antenatal sessions, birth support and postnatal support (including nights and weekends).
My Qualifications
I trained as a doula with the Birth Bliss Acadrmy.
I am trained in Biomechanics for birth; FEDANT registered; Fully insured; DBS Checked; Paediatric First Aid Trained

- Doulas from £24.00 per hour
FREE initial chat in person or zoom
Birth Doula:
including
3 x in-depth antenatal meetings
Email, phone and text support throughout your pregnancy
Continuous support throughout active labour and birth
2 hour postnatal visit to support you and to give you space to talk through your birth
Available to you for six weeks after the birth
£1,475.00.
Postnatal Doula Care
* £24.00 per hour (minimum of 3 hours per visit)
* 12 hours of postnatal support (minimum of 3 hours per visit) £282.00
Both options include additional phone/text/email support whilst I am your doula
**I am happy to provide weekend support at £26 per hour.**
* I offer night support at £24.00 per hour (minimum of 8 hours per visit). A package of 24 hours of night care (three nights of 8 hours each) is £564.00
