About Me
I'm a mum to Zeke, who is 10 years old and currently in Year 6. We are relocating to the Chigwell area due to my work, and Zeke will be attending a local school offering flexible boarding.
Zeke is a bright, friendly and curious boy with lots of interests. He enjoys coding, chess, science, archery and other activities, and is generally very independent for his age. He enjoys having someone around who will chat with him, help with homework when needed and keep him company.
Because Zeke will have flexible boarding available, our childcare needs will vary from week to week. I am mainly looking for a reliable, kind and trustworthy person who can provide childcare when I am working, particularly during the afternoons and evenings, and potentially help with occasional school collections and activities.
Initially, I need childcare in Chigwell this Friday from 2pm until approximately 9pm. Longer term, I would love to find someone local who Zeke gets to know and who we can call on regularly when he isn't boarding.

Zeke will get the local school bus home, though exact timing will be confirmed once we've settled in Chigwell. Help with homework and meals would be appreciated. Zeke is settling into flexible boarding at school — we're easing him in gently and he'll choose which nights he boards as he gets used to it. We need regular Saturday cover from 10am to 5pm every week (though this may not always be needed depending on school availability, but we'd like it as a flexible backup). We also anticipate needing more flexible care during school holidays and non-term time, particularly when I'm travelling for work — Zeke may be between residential or day camps during these periods.
