My Summary

My Experience

I have over 13 years of experience working in childcare and have been at the same Montessori nursery since 2013. During this time, I have progressed from Nursery Assistant to Key Worker, Room Leader, Deputy Manager and now Co-Manager.

I have experience caring for children from 3 months to 5 years old, supporting their learning, development and daily routines. This includes planning activities, supporting children's independence, preparing meals, following sleep and feeding routines, and working closely with parents to meet each child's individual needs.

Alongside my nursery role, I have also babysat for many of the families from the nursery, including overnight babysitting, and have experience with older children too.

I have my CACHE Level 3 qualification in Child Care and Education, Montessori training, paediatric first aid and safeguarding training. I'm also currently completing my Level 3 SENCo qualification.

I'm now looking to take my experience into nannying, where I can build a close relationship with a family and focus on supporting a child's individual development.

My Qualifications

I have a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Child Care and Education, a Level 3 Management qualification and Montessori Assistant training. I also have paediatric first aid and safeguarding training, Makaton Levels 1 and 2, and food hygiene training. I'm currently completing my Level 3 SENCo qualification to further develop my knowledge of supporting children with special educational needs.

My Availability

I'm looking for around 35–45 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday, but I'm happy to discuss hours depending on the role.
