My Requirements

The childcare I'm looking for would ideally include:

- Before-school care: Looking after my daughter in the mornings and either taking her directly to school for the start of the school day or dropping her at breakfast club.
- After-school care: Collecting her from school and caring for her until I'm able to collect her.
- School holidays: Some holiday childcare may be needed, particularly around university placement commitments.
- Occasional flexible care: There may also be occasions when I need additional support due to changing university schedules, late finishes or unforeseen commitments.
Childcare funding: As I will be accessing childcare support through Student Finance England's Childcare Grant, it is essential that any prospective childminder is Ofsted-registered and able to register with, or already registered with, the Childcare Grant Payment Service (CCGPS) to receive payments directly.

I'd also really value someone who enjoys engaging children in activities that support their learning and development. Helping with homework, encouraging regular reading and providing opportunities for creative activities, games and outdoor play would be lovely.
I want my daughter to have a positive experience outside of school, where she can continue learning, exploring her interests, developing her confidence and, most importantly, enjoying herself.
