About Me
My name is Alenah. I am 19 years old and have a great passion for children. Ever since I was a child myself, I have loved the thought of working with children. I grew up with lots of young family members who have definitely shaped this, as I would take them out to do activities, provide personal care, help with school work. In high school one of my GCSE’s was health and social. As I started college I studied childcare and education for 2 years. During this course, I carried out work experience in a nursery for 1 year and a primary school for another year. From these experiences, I knew where my heart was at, so I carried on to study primary education in university.
I would say many people describe me as bubbly and very chatty. I have a great sense of humour and a very active individual. My family tend to describe me as helpful. I help out where and when I can whether that’s housework or babysitting family members children.
My Experience
I have worked in a nursery and primary school during my studies to gain experience, I am now studying a teaching course at university.
I have a young brother of my own whom I have looked after.
I have experience in care, I am a part time home care assistant.
