My Requirements
We are looking for someone with strong spoken English and preferably primary-school/teaching experience. After school pickup, about 45-60 minutes is dedicated to reading, phonics, vocabulary and age-appropriate English activities. Knowing how to play piano is another big bonus for us as the kid just started to learn playing piano. The candidate shall also be able to comit long term (at least 3months+), and needs to be reliable and experienced in terms of handling 4-5y old kid.
Dates & Hours:
Ideally every Friday 4pm - 6pm; every Wed 16:00 - 6:30pm ?flexible: can be any two days among Tue/Wed/thurs/Fri between 4-6:30pm. Potential extra help needed daily 4-6:30pm during half term/school holidays)
Daily job routine:
1. Pick up the kid from St Paul Cathedral school at 16:00 (EC4M 9AD) directly and take bus home (EC1V 7AS) ~about 20mins door to door. There is no free parking near school, so best to take bus.
2. 45-60mins English activities with the kid: vocabulary building/storytelling/ discussion/comprehension/writing/reading/phonics
3. Prepare light dinner for the kid or provide snacks to him and get him unwind at home
4. if you know basic piano, then supervise the kid to play 15-20mins piano and insill love of music. (not a must)
