My Experience
My experience includes working as a sole-charge nanny, childminder, nursery practitioner and Baby Room Leader, as well as supporting children and families through Family Hub and Sure Start roles. I have also worked with children with special educational needs in school.
I have cared for babies and children of different ages, including twins, and supported everyday routines such as feeding, sleep and personal care alongside play and learning.
Some of my most rewarding experiences have been the lasting relationships I’ve built with families. One family invited me back to care for their younger children, and I remain in contact with children I cared for who are now adults.
My Qualifications
I hold an NNEB childcare qualification and a current 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate, valid until February 2029. I have extensive experience caring for babies and young children in family homes and early years settings.
My Availability
I am looking for a weekday nanny position, with days and hours to be agreed. I would also be happy to discuss occasional evening or overnight care to support the family’s needs as part of an agreed role.
I am currently employed, so my start date would need to take my notice period into account.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £17.00 per hour (gross)
My nanny rate starts from £17 gross per hour, depending on the number of children, working hours and responsibilities involved. I’m happy to discuss the details with families.
