Babysitter in Chelmsford
My Summary
About Me
Hello I’m Leo, I am a 20 year old, experienced babysitter, offering a range of Babysitting Help, as well as Tutoring sessions, happy to consider school pick up and drop offs as well.
I’m a sitter, who will ensure that your children are not sitting in front of a screen. I like to bring fun, positive energy and structure to my work.
I’m training to be a primary school teacher and so I have to skills to engage your children in their homework and help them with their practise and retention with their knowledge!
My Experience
Whenever I have an interview or there has been a new job, and they ask you to ‘say your name and one fact’, mine has always been that I have 6 brothers and 3 sisters!! In this case, growing up with a big family means I have engaged in childcare my whole life. I know how to handle multi-tasking, evening and bedtime routines, sibling dynamics and general chaos management.
I’ve looked after children as infants to young teenagers as well, through my work as an administrator in a children’s modelling agency. This has developed my patience, communication skills and empathy.
Through my teaching degree, I hold an active enhanced DBS check and have formal continual training in child development and behaviour management.
As well as that, I have the skills that enable me to be an encouraging and positive tutor.
My Qualifications
I am currently studying a degree in Primary Education with QTS.
With the aims of becoming a Primary School Teacher when I graduate.
