My Requirements
We're looking for a full time nanny (either live in or live out) from late Jan, when our boys will be around 2 years old and 4 months old. We place a real premium on education and development so we want someone who will talk to our kids and engage them in a way that helps them learn. Our eldest will be at nursery a few mornings a week, and one day a week their grandparents will take them out, so we'd like a nanny who is also willing to do some general housework during that time, and on the fringes of childcare through the week.
