My Requirements

I’m looking for a lovely, kind and reliable mother’s helper to help me out on Mondays and Thursdays, from 12pm–2pm.

I’m starting a 6 week gym programme on 5th October, so for the first 6 weeks those will be the days and times I’ll need help. After that, I’ll still be going to the gym but I won’t have such a set routine, so the days might change a little depending on what I’m doing.

At the moment, I’m mainly looking for a bit of general help so I can have some time for myself. I’d love someone who enjoys spending time with babies and is happy to play with her, read to her, take her out for a little walk, do some age appropriate activities and help with her development as she learns and grows.

She has formula and is also having solids now, so there may be a bottle or some food to give her depending on the time. I can obviously show you her usual routine and what she likes.

She also sleeps roughly every 2–2.5 hours during the day, so she may actually be asleep for some or even all of the time you’re here! It really just depends on her that day. She settles to sleep by being gently swung in her hammock, which I can show you.

Dad works from home and will be around too, so you won’t be completely on your own with her. I’m really just hoping to find someone lovely who I can get to know, who enjoys being around babies and who can become a familiar and trusted face in our little family.

I’m not looking for anything too formal at the moment, just some extra support and hopefully someone we can build a nice relationship with.
