Child Workforce – Personal Care Assistant
April 2026 – Present
One-to-one support for an 18-year-old autistic young person
I provide approximately six hours of person-centred support each week during term time and school holidays.
I support social interaction and communication.
I help him to access the wider community and develop confidence and independence by accompanying him on trips to shopping centres and for meals.
I encourage and support his personal interests.

One to one support for an 11-year-old with autism and ADHD.
I currently provide approximately three hours of support each week during term time and six hours per week during school holidays.
I help support emotional regulation and provide reassurance when situations become overwhelming.
I work on developing her communication skills.
I support her to access the wider community through shopping trips, cinema visits, picnics and walks to the park.
I use therapeutic and calming activities, including colouring and crafts, to help her relax.

Relax Kids Oldham (HAF)
Childcare Workforce – Child Relaxation Therapist
August 2025 – Present (only school holidays)
I initially joined HAF as a volunteer during my second year at college. After a few weeks, I was offered paid employment.
I supervise children attending holiday clubs during half terms and school holidays, including children with special educational needs.
I take responsibility for the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of the children throughout the day.
I plan and deliver a range of fun and engaging activities, including arts and crafts, sports, games and outdoor activities.
I adapt activities to suit different children's needs and encourage everyone to participate.
I help to provide food and support children during mealtimes.
I am the dedicated first aider within the team and respond appropriately to accidents and incidents.

My Availability

I have extremely flexible availability and I’m open to anything between 3-20 hours a week, however in the school holidays this would need to be between 3-15.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

DAYTIME RATE (6:30am-7pm) : £12 per hour
NIGHTIME RATE (7pm-6:30am) £15 per hour
