About Me
Hi! I’m an 18-year-old university student at Royal Holloway, University of London, and I’m a friendly, responsible and patient person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children. I’m available for babysitting in and around Egham, including evenings and weekends, and I’m happy to help with things such as playing games, reading, creative activities, preparing simple meals and homework. I’m also a native English speaker from England and would be happy to support children with their English and communication skills. I’m reliable, approachable and always aim to make children feel comfortable, safe and entertained while their parents are away. I’m happy to discuss your family’s individual needs and availability.
My Experience
I have experience working with children in both a nursery and a primary school, where I developed a strong understanding of how to support children of different ages, personalities and needs. I have also worked with children with special educational needs, which has taught me the importance of being patient, understanding and adaptable. Outside of my work experience, I have two younger brothers and many younger family members who I regularly help look after. I am comfortable caring for children, keeping them entertained and making sure they feel safe, happy and comfortable.
My Qualifications
I have completed 9 GCSEs, including English and Sociology, and have successfully completed my A-levels in Law, Business and Politics. I am currently studying Law at Royal Holloway, University of London. My education has helped me develop strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, which I can bring into my work with children.
My Availability
I am flexible and happy to work around my university timetable. I am mainly available for babysitting during my free time, including evenings , and I am happy to discuss one-off or regular bookings depending on your needs.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
My starting rate is £13 per hour, although I’m happy to discuss rates depending on the number of children, hours and responsibilities.
