One or two day all house help and after school nanny for 4 and 6 year old

Hi,
We are looking for someone to pick up both girls from school and nursery at 3.30, entertain them / do homework for a couple of hours, give them a snack, then do bed time at 6.30 and they're usually asleep by 7.30.
Then stay in the house till we get back from work which can be a different time each day and can be flexible.
DBs and references please and very good level of English/native. One parent is German and the kids sort of bilingual so if the sitter was also fluent in German would be a big bonus but is not essential.
Looking for one or two days in a block with Thursday priority.
Ideally you could also spend half a day or a day each week doing the full house clean and or also batch cook some meals if possible.
