I arranged twice for her to come and both times her phone was off , ridiculous lady should not be booked !

Okay, I understand. I didn’t answer your call because my phone was switched off. You could have called me directly as well.
Regarding availability, carers also have their own commitments and responsibilities. It is not always possible for someone to cancel their other work and come at short notice.
However, leaving a bad review without understanding the full situation is unfair. If you are looking for a carer, please treat people fairly and professionally. Just as you have left a review about me, I can also share my experience so that other carers can make an informed decision before accepting work with you.
You are paying £8 per hour, which is a very low rate for care work. If you require a carer with a DBS check and the appropriate documents, you should also be prepared to offer fair pay that reflects the requirements of the role.
We are professionals, and we have our own responsibilities and expenses. We are not available to work at any rate or at any time without proper consideration. We have our documents and qualifications for a reason, and we expect to be treated fairly.
Please understand that carers deserve respect, fair payment, and reasonable notice. If you require specific checks and documents, you should make sure the working arrangements and pay are appropriate and comply with the applicable law.
