My Experience

I have 8 years of professional childcare experience working with children from babies through to school age.

I have previously worked in a nursery setting, where I progressed into several senior roles including:

• Room Leader – responsible for the care, learning and development of children within my room, as well as supporting and leading other practitioners.

• Team Lead – supporting staff, room leaders and management with the day-to-day running of the nursery and maintaining high standards of care.

• SENCo – supporting children with additional needs, working with families and professionals, and helping to put appropriate support and strategies in place.

I currently work part-time as a nanny for two families, providing personalised care and supporting children’s individual routines, development and needs.

I also have experience with school-aged children, school runs, babysitting and caring for multiple children and siblings.

My Qualifications

Level 3 Qualified in Childcare

• Paediatric First Aid

• SENCo experience, including supporting children with additional needs and working with families and professionals

• 8 years’ professional childcare experience

• Enhanced DBS checked

• Full UK driving licence

I am happy to provide copies of my qualifications, DBS and references to families when required.

My Availability

I currently have availability for regular and occasional childcare.

• Tuesday–Friday mornings – before-school care, morning nannying and school runs
• Evening babysitting – available on weekday evenings, subject to availability
• Weekends – available for babysitting and occasional childcare
• Regular or one-off bookings considered

I am particularly interested in finding a regular morning school-run position with a family, but I am also happy to help with evening and weekend babysitting.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

My standard rate is £20 per hour for nannying and childcare. For school runs involving my own vehicle, I may charge an additional amount towards petrol depending on the distance travelled.

My rate may also vary depending on the number of children and the responsibilities involved. I’m happy to discuss the exact rate with each family based on their individual requirements.
