My Requirements
I’m looking for a caring, patient and understanding childminder who can provide before- school care for my son. I would need him to be collected from home approximately one hour before school starts and then dropped off at school. He is a very energetic, lively and loving little boy who has lots of energy and can be constantly on the go. He has additional needs and can sometimes become overwhelmed, frustrated or unsettled, so he needs someone who is calm, patient and able to understand his individual needs and help him regulate his emotions. He responds well to kindness, reassurance, clear boundaries, routine and being kept positively engaged. I’m looking for someone who will take the time to get to know him, understand his personality and needs, and provide a safe, supportive and caring environment where he feels comfortable and happy.I'm looking for a Registered Childminder.
