About Me
I provide friendly, caring and reliable childcare for families. I can support with babysitting and nannying, helping with children’s daily routines, play, activities and keeping them safe and entertained.
I aim to create a fun, comfortable and positive environment where children feel happy and cared for. I am patient, responsible and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I am also first-aid trained and DBS checked, giving parents extra reassurance that their children are in safe hands.
My Experience
I have hands-on experience working in a day-care setting with children aged from 3 months to 5 years. This has given me experience caring for children at different stages of their development and supporting their individual needs.
I also have personal experience of SEN through having an autistic sister, which has helped me develop an understanding of the importance of patience, communication, routine and adapting activities to suit each child. I understand that every child is different and may need different types of support to feel comfortable, included and confident.
Through my nursery experience, I have supported children with their daily routines, feeding, nappy changing, sleep routines, play and age-appropriate activities. I enjoy creating a safe, welcoming and positive environment where children can learn, develop and have fun.
My Qualifications
I have a Level 1 qualification in Childcare, as well as a valid DBS check and first-aid training.
My childcare qualification and training have given me a good understanding of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and how to provide children with safe, caring and appropriate support. Alongside my qualifications, I have gained hands-on experience working in a day-care setting with children aged from 3 months to 5 years.
My Availability
I am available Monday to Thursday for before-school care, mornings, afternoons, after-school care and evenings.
On Fridays, I am available for before-school care, mornings, afternoons and after-school care.
I am happy to discuss specific days and times with families to find an arrangement that works for everyone.
My Fees
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
