My Experience
During my NCFE CACHE Level 3 training, I completed a practical placement in a local primary school where I provided targeted one to one support. I am highly experienced in breaking down and scaffolding tasks so that children who need a little extra help feel empowered rather than overwhelmed by their schoolwork.
Alongside my school experience, my background includes working in nurseries, facilitating holiday clubs, and doing youth support work. This varied experience means I am highly adaptable. I am very comfortable stepping into new environments, working with children of all ages, and I know exactly how to keep kids engaged, safe, and happy whether we are doing focused activities or just having fun.
My Qualifications
I take child development and safety incredibly seriously, with a strong focus on SEND and emotional wellbeing. I am fully cleared on the DBS Update Service (meaning my background check can be verified instantly online) and I hold the following qualifications:
NCFE CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning
Paediatric First Aid Certified
Level 2 in Understanding Autism
Level 2 in Understanding Childrens Mental Health
Level 2 in Counselling Skills
FutureLearn Certification in Words Matter (focusing on the science of positive communication)
