About Me
Moved from Toronto, Canada to Newcastle to complete the MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am very passionate about healthy and loving child development.
My Experience
I have 4 years of experience working with children in camp and recreational settings, as an arts instructor, lifeguard, swimming instructor, kids yoga teacher, and a 1:1 support for children with additional needs. I also have experience as a volunteer at a children's hospice. I have recently done a comprehensive DBS check (required by my university), and I can also provide the police check recently obtained from my local municipal government back home.
For the last six years before beginning my Masters program I was employed in the film/tv industry as an executive assistant to directors, producers, showrunners, and cast, on show for companies like Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, NBC, Netflix, etc. I met my partner who is from/based in London and that is what brought me to this wonderful country :)
My Qualifications
BA in Creative Industries, completing a MSc in Counselling Psychotherapy.
My Availability
Available for up to 20/hrs per week during the term, full time during the holidays (rules of my visa). Not available Wednesdays or Thursdays as I will be in lectures.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.71 per hour
- Nannying from £13.50 per hour (gross)
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at St John Fisher Catholic College

Diana covered emergency childcare for my children recently when our out of hours school club wasn't running any sessions.
She's a lovely young woman who went above and beyond with my 10 and 8 year old, and dealt with both my rambunctious labradors too. She even taught my eldest a few cookery skills during lunch.
If you are looking for someone to look after your children I couldn't recommend her enough. My children are now saying they want her to cover all inset days in the future!
