About Me

We are looking for a childminder for our energetic little boy, who is currently two and will turn three in October 2027. We currently live in the Elm Grove area but will shortly be moving to Hove, just north of Hove Park, around the Goldstone Crescent area.
Our son is currently very happy with a wonderful childminder, but their setting only takes children up to the age of three Ideally, we would love to find someone he can build a relationship with and stay with until he starts school. If possible, potentially someone who could continue to be part of his routine once he starts school, perhaps through school pick-ups or after-school care, and who might occasionally be available for ad hoc care or babysitting (but this is not essential).
He is extremely energetic and happiest when he is active and outdoors, so we are looking for a setting where the children are encouraged to explore, run around and spend plenty of time outside. His current childminder takes the children out every day to a variety of different places, which suits him perfectly. He really thrives on being out and about, and we would love to find a childminder who enjoys regular outings and gives the children lots of opportunities for outdoor play, exploration and activity.
Ideally, we are looking for someone around Hove Park/Goldstone Crescent or the surrounding area, but we are very happy to consider other areas of Brighton and Hove for the right childminder and setting.
