Mum of two looking for an affordable night-time nanny. My older son is 15 and autistic — he's able to manage most things independently. My younger child is 10. We operate on a rotating pattern: 4 nights on duty, then 4 nights off, repeating.
My Requirements
The nanny will need to give the children dinner, bath and brush teeth before bed. Both children sleep through the night, so the main requirement is to be present overnight. We operate on a 4 nights on, 4 nights off rotating pattern.
